Claudine is the best and makes you feel so at ease and never a condensing demeanor. She is absolutely wonderful and just what I needed. I truly love and respect her. BW

I love Melissa! I feel right at home with her. She is easy to talk to & wastes no time starting your journey. I had daily headaches until my second session with her. After light therapy I haven’t had one headache in weeks! Highly recommend!!

My entire view of myself and the circumstances around me are being transformed through my time with Patricia Talton. It’s clear that her work is personalized based on the care she has taken to know and understand me. Lately I have been catching myself approaching thoughts and decisions with skills/confidence that I simply didn’t have before, and I can 100% look back and attribute it to our work together. (But at the same time it doesn’t much feel like we’ve even done “work” together because she makes it feel that natural and comfortable.) She challenges me respectfully and is really good at asking questions that lead me to discovering things on my own (in other words she talks with me, not at me). The biggest benefit has honestly just been having a neutral party to talk about literally anything big or small. She has my trust, which to be honest is in itself no small feat. I appreciate that I am always met with honesty and accountability - she is gentle but I also know she’ll hold my feet to the fire when I need someone to. I can walk away from our sessions feeling empowered, which has not been the case with prior counseling experiences, and her persistent belief and confidence in me has begun to create the same within myself. I am so so so thankful that she does what she does.

Has helped our son a lot. He loves his therapist and has really made changes to his every day life. His anxiety level has decreased tremendously since going to his therapist.

I have been seeing Patricia Talton for over a year and I can honestly say, she’s changed my life. I never feel like I’m in therapy with her, but instead, talking with a good friend. No judgement, always there to make me feel like anything I’m going through, she’ll be there to support me through it. She builds me up and gives me the tools to face any and all challenges that come my way. I can’t say enough great things about her. I am just so thankful for her and all she does.
